S(hit) Factor

I'm not sure if local (Singaporean) Television is moving toward the right direction... apart from sanctioning big(hah!) name drama serials while not actually improving the quality of the writing/acting/directing/editing/camerawork, they seem to have given a discreet nod of approval to banal, bawdy and downright stupid reality TV programs, as long as they feature a minor celebrity or delusional wannabes.

Well, I suppose its better than no progress at all...
