Lo hey! I'm sure you've lo heyed a bunch of times by now.
For those who don't know, Lo hey basically is a custom that some chinese have on Chinese New Years.

We cut a bunch of vegetables up into strips, put salmon and olive oil and plum sauce on it (at this point its called Fish Raw ((Yu Sheng))). Then we come together mix the crap out of it with chopsticks, making sure we fling it up as high as possible.

Then we eat the gory remains of the mess we've made.

And it tastes fantastic!
